● If customers can provide the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.

● If customers can not provide the drawing, but he can provide geometry data and frame shape, then we can draw the file for customers. Or send sample to us for 3D scanning. Then we make a mold according to the drawing.

Once we finish the 3D file, we can do 3D printing fist to check the frame fitness and function, Then we will move to steel mould. 

The mold usually made by steel. We promise the mold can be used for 50000 times in 10 years. If there are some problems during the guarantee period, our company will pay for the repairs or remake.

Then we will do prototype one for test first. Once the sample is passed the ISO test. We will do one sample for customers quality checking. If the sample is good to go, then we will do mass production according to customers requirements. 

All frames will be packed well with foam and carton box before loading. We will reinforce the places which touch the carton box, in order to make sure the goods arrive safely.   

Then we will ship our goods, small quantity, usually by express transport , such as FedEx , DHL, TNT, UPS, or by air. If large quantity, usually by ship or land transport.

Each frame has its serial number inside the headtube. If there are manufacturer defective, you need provide pictures and video of the cracked place and the serial number too. We will do replacements or refund for you. We have two years warranty for the frame and one year for other bike parts.
